Planning Your Project
Reach out and solicit an estimate either via text (please provide full name and project address), email address, or through the website.
The Owner/Estimator will provide a complimentary verbal estimate (based on square footage – on the floor), should a ballpark figure be required for point of reference.
If there is incentive to move forward, based on a preliminary figure, then an appointment for a complimentary estimate will be set, provided the Client is present to tour the project and field any pertinent questions. If this is not an option, the Estimator is willing to perform the estimate, sans the Client, for $75.00, issued prior to arrival.
The estimate will be submitted the same day via email, whereby any relevant questions will be answered upon request.
If the project is awarded, an appointment will be scheduled to review and initial/sign the contract to ensure all parties are on the same proverbial page. This process facilitates peace-of-mind and staves off unwelcome surprises or grief.
If a color consultation is required, a complimentary 5-minute strategy will be shared. If additional expertise is necessitated, the Owner/Estimator is amenable to providing a consultation at an hourly rate, plus direct reimbursement for paint and sample boards. For a free resource, most paint stores offer a complimentary tool for narrowing color selection.
Once the formalities have been concluded and satisfied, the project will commence two days later, adhering to a detailed itinerary – outlining the course of the project from start to finish – per the paperwork, so the Client can plan accordingly.
Updates will be furnished daily, weekly, or the day before completion, depending on the Client’s specific needs.
Once the project has concluded, a walkthrough will be scheduled to ascertain that expectations have been satisfied and the quality standard has been met in accordance with the contract.
Any overlooked details, discovered after the walkthrough has elapsed, will be addressed at no charge to the Client, provided they are within our scope of responsibility.
