5. What unacceptable “artifacts” are currently on the house (i.e. – wood rot, cracks in the wood, peeling paint, stucco damage, stucco cracks, extreme fading, door frame damage, stained eaves from a roof leak, termite damage, etc.)?
6. What special requests might need to be communicated (i.e. – get to the job site by a specific time, not clean up on site, no access to opening the doors, use a specific paint manufacturer, etc.)?
7. Will a Color Consultant be required?
8. Does the Contractor have permission to work at the job site approximately 8 hours per day, within the window of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday?
9. Does the Contractor have permission to use water and electricity at the job site?
